DSpeech is a Text-To-Speech (TTS) program that uses the Microsoft Speech API (SAPI) voices installed on the system to read text aloud or save it to an audio file. It's packaged as a portable app so you download on the go and it's in PortableApps.com Format so it can easily integrate with the PortableApps.com Platform. It's released as freeware for personal and commercial use.

Notepad++ Portable 7.3.3 Reversion (developer's text editor) Released

Notepad++ Portable 7.3.3 BackTo has been released. It's the handy Notepad++ text editor packaged as a portable app so you can do your development on the go. It has all the same great features of Notepad++ including support for multiple languages and an extensive plugin system, but there's nothing to install. Notepad++ is being reverted to the previous 7.3.3 release at the request of the publisher due to a critical bug in Notepad++ 7.4.1. This is temporary and should be resolved soon. It's packaged in PortableApps.com Format so it can easily integrate with the PortableApps.com Platform. And it's open source and completely free.
