Sigil Portable 0.9.7 Rev 2 has been released. Sigil is an ePub ebook editor with support for both WYSIWYG word processor style and direct code editing. This revision fixes an issue with the C runtime libraries being unavailable on some PCs. It's packaged in PortableApps.com Format so it can easily integrate with the PortableApps.com Platform. And it's open source and completely free.
