VeraCrypt Portable 1.21 Rev 2 has been released. VeraCrypt is a free disk encryption utility allowing you to both encrypt full physical drives and make encrypted logical volumes. This release fixes an issue with localizations not being available by default. It's packaged in PortableApps.com Format so it can easily integrate with the PortableApps.com Platform. And it's open source and completely free.
