A new version of PhotoFilmStrip Portable has been released. PhotoFilmStrip allows you to create Ken Burns-style moving slide shows out of your pictures. It's packaged in PortableApps.com Format so it can easily integrate with the PortableApps.com Platform. And it's open source and completely free.
