Translation help with PortableApps.com Platform 16.1 Beta 1

Hello all! PortableApps.com has released a new platform beta and we'd love your help updating translations. This release has a couple new strings to handle process issues and adds support for RTL language aligning (Arabic, Hebrew, Farsi, etc). Details of the new release are here:
