Welcome to iReSpond!

*To be used in conjunction with iReQuest!*



This application allows guests to connect to your establishment and make ReQuests during their stay.



Please log into your establishments WIFI. Please choose from Server, Host/Hostess or Kitchen.



"Host/Hostess" will allow you to send messages to your Servers within the establishment and receive notifications when a guest has ReQuested their bill and the table is clearing.

"Server" will allow you receive requests from your connected guests and alerts from the Host/Hostess and Kitchen.



If you are logged in as a Server, you will be broadcasting your availability over the WIFI.

While you are broadcasting, you will be able to receive connected guests requests and acknowledge them as you complete their requested tasks.



For restaurants, iRespond and iReQuest when used together will eliminate guests from having to wait for a Waiter/Waitress to come by and check on the table, resulting in higher table-turnovers for increase revenue, increased customer satisfaction and tips for the Server.
