KchmViewer Portable 7.3 Rev 2 has been released. KchmViewer is a full-featured CHM (MS HTML help file format) viewer with advanced multilingual support. CHM files are often used as help files for applications and sometimes used for ebooks and instructional manuals. This release works around bugs in XP and Vista. It's packaged in PortableApps.com Format so it can easily integrate with the PortableApps.com Platform. And it's open source and completely free.
